Rising home prices in Verona in the second half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Verona rose by $58,000 while total sales increased by 24.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were 213 homes sold, with a median sale price of $325,000 - a 21.7% increase over the $267,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 171 homes sold in Verona in the second half of 2019.
