Middleton home prices rose in the second half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Middleton rose by $17,500 while total sales increased by 12.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were 284 homes sold, with a median sale price of $347,500 - a 5.3% increase over the $330,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 253 homes sold in Middleton in the second half of 2019.
