The first half of 2020: Sun Prairie experienced a 3.2% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2020 in Sun Prairie rose by $8,300 while total sales increased by 8.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2020, there were 463 homes sold, with a median sale price of $265,800 - a 3.2% increase over the $257,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 425 homes sold in Sun Prairie in the first half of 2019.
