The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Maple Bluff rose by $69,015 while total sales decreased by 29.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 26 homes sold, with a median sale price of $560,515 - a 14% increase over the $491,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 37 homes sold in Maple Bluff in the second half of 2018.
