Pricing for the median home in Blue Mounds decreased during the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Blue Mounds fell by $77,850 while total sales decreased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $229,650 - a 25.3% decrease over the $307,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Blue Mounds in the first half of 2018.
