Pricing for the median home in Mazomanie decreased during the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Mazomanie fell by $6,450 while total sales increased by 59.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 35 homes sold, with a median sale price of $187,900 - a 3.3% decrease over the $194,350 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Mazomanie in the second half of 2017.

The median sales tax in Mazomanie for 2018 was $3,388. In 2017, the median sales tax was $3,341. This marks an increase of 1.4%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.8%.
