Median home prices in Blue Mounds rose to $268,500 in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Blue Mounds rose by $19,558 while total sales increased by 220%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $268,500 - a 7.9% increase over the $248,942 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Blue Mounds in the second half of 2017.
