Pricing for the median home in Maple Bluff increased during the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Maple Bluff rose by $91,500 while total sales increased by 146.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 37 homes sold, with a median sale price of $491,500 - a 22.9% increase over the $400,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Maple Bluff in the second half of 2017.

The median sales tax in Maple Bluff for 2018 was $9,766. In 2017, the median sales tax was $9,468. This marks an increase of 3.1%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 2%.
