Home prices increased in Sun Prairie during the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Sun Prairie rose by $20,050 while total sales decreased by 4.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were 447 homes sold, with a median sale price of $240,000 - a 9.1% increase over the $219,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 466 homes sold in Sun Prairie in the first half of 2017.
