Home prices increased in Mequon during the second half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Mequon rose by $16,000 while total sales increased by 7.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were 412 homes sold, with a median sale price of $400,500 - a 4.2% increase over the $384,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 382 homes sold in Mequon in the second half of 2019.
