The first half of 2020: Home prices in Grafton increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2020 in Grafton rose by $26,400 while total sales increased by 18.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2020, there were 142 homes sold, with a median sale price of $240,000 - a 12.4% increase over the $213,600 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 120 homes sold in Grafton in the first half of 2019.

The median sales tax in Grafton for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $3,815, approximately 1.6% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2020.
