Pricing for the median home in Grafton increased during the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Grafton rose by $20,500 while total sales decreased by 5.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 173 homes sold, with a median sale price of $233,500 - a 9.6% increase over the $213,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 183 homes sold in Grafton in the second half of 2017.
