The first half of 2018: Belgium experienced a 16.3% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Belgium rose by $26,000 while total sales decreased by 39.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were 26 homes sold, with a median sale price of $186,000 - a 16.3% increase over the $160,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 43 homes sold in Belgium in the first half of 2017.
