Median home prices in Grafton rose to $213,000 in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Grafton rose by $23,700 while total sales increased by 1.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 183 homes sold, with a median sale price of $213,000 - a 12.5% increase over the $189,300 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 180 homes sold in Grafton in the second half of 2016.

The median sales tax in Grafton for 2017 was $3,815. In 2016, the median sales tax was $3,566. This marks an increase of 7%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.8%.
