Rising home prices in Mequon in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Mequon rose by $37,950 while total sales remained unchanged with 406 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 406 homes sold, with a median sale price of $386,500 - a 10.9% increase over the $348,550 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 406 homes sold in Mequon in the second half of 2016, as well.
