Median home prices in Cambridge fell to $385,000 in December 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2021 in Cambridge fell by $225,000 while total sales decreased by 64.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2021, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $385,000 - a 36.9% decrease over the $610,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Cambridge in December 2020.
