November 2021: Oregon experienced a 24.1% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2021 in Oregon fell by $84,550 while total sales decreased by 15.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2021, there were 28 homes sold, with a median sale price of $265,750 - a 24.1% decrease over the $350,300 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 33 homes sold in Oregon in November 2020.

The median sales tax in Oregon for the most recent year with available data, 2020, was $5,207, approximately 2% of the median home sale price for November 2021.
