November 2021: Home prices in Madison increased

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2021 in Madison rose by $25,000 while total sales increased by 4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2021, there were 525 homes sold, with a median sale price of $310,000 - a 8.8% increase over the $285,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 505 homes sold in Madison in November 2020.
