Black Earth median home prices rose by 35.1% in September 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2021 in Black Earth rose by $65,000 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2021, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $250,000 - a 35.1% increase over the $185,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Black Earth in September 2020.
