Pricing for the median home in Madison increased during September 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2021 in Madison rose by $22,050 while total sales increased by 7.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2021, there were 568 homes sold, with a median sale price of $310,000 - a 7.7% increase over the $287,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 528 homes sold in Madison in September 2020.
