Home prices increased in Windsor during July 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2021 in Windsor rose by $11,218 while total sales increased by 6.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2021, there were 32 homes sold, with a median sale price of $349,000 - a 3.3% increase over the $337,783 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 30 homes sold in Windsor in July 2020.

The median sales tax in Windsor for the most recent year with available data, 2020, was $5,636, approximately 1.6% of the median home sale price for July 2021.
