Median home prices in Oregon fell to $335,000 in June 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2021 in Oregon fell by $20,000 while total sales increased by 8.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2021, there were 39 homes sold, with a median sale price of $335,000 - a 5.6% decrease over the $355,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 36 homes sold in Oregon in June 2020.

The median sales tax in Oregon for the most recent year with available data, 2020, was $5,207, approximately 1.6% of the median home sale price for June 2021.
