June 2021: Home prices in Cambridge increased

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2021 in Cambridge rose by $183,150 while total sales increased by 125%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2021, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $382,900 - a 91.7% increase over the $199,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Cambridge in June 2020.

The median sales tax in Cambridge for the most recent year with available data, 2020, was $3,486, approximately 0.9% of the median home sale price for June 2021.
