Rising home prices in Cambridge in April 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2021 in Cambridge rose by $172,800 while total sales remained unchanged with five homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2021, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $347,700 - a 98.8% increase over the $174,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Cambridge in April 2020, as well.
