Oregon median home prices rose by 40.4% in February 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2021 in Oregon rose by $99,500 while total sales decreased by 5.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2021, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $346,000 - a 40.4% increase over the $246,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Oregon in February 2020.

The median sales tax in Oregon for the most recent year with available data, 2020, was $5,207, approximately 1.5% of the median home sale price for February 2021.
