The median sale price of a home sold in January 2021 in Oregon rose by $64,950 while total sales decreased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2021, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $299,250 - a 27.7% increase over the $234,300 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in Oregon in January 2020.
