January 2021: Verona experienced a 55.1% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2021 in Verona rose by $131,800 while total sales increased by 61.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2021, there were 29 homes sold, with a median sale price of $370,800 - a 55.1% increase over the $239,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Verona in January 2020.

The median sales tax in Verona for the most recent year with available data, 2020, was $6,219, approximately 1.7% of the median home sale price for January 2021.
