December 2020: Oregon experienced a 3.9% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2020 in Oregon fell by $11,250 while total sales increased by 4.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2020, there were 24 homes sold, with a median sale price of $277,750 - a 3.9% decrease over the $289,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 23 homes sold in Oregon in December 2019.
