Oregon median home prices rose by 15.8% in November 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2020 in Oregon rose by $47,800 while total sales decreased by 2.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2020, there were 33 homes sold, with a median sale price of $350,300 - a 15.8% increase over the $302,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 34 homes sold in Oregon in November 2019.

The median sales tax in Oregon for 2020 was $5,207. In 2019, the median sales tax was $4,951. This marks an increase of 5.2%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.5%.
