How did home prices perform in Windsor during October 2020?

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2020 in Windsor rose by $72,500 while total sales decreased by 12%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2020, there were 22 homes sold, with a median sale price of $332,500 - a 27.9% increase over the $260,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in Windsor in October 2019.

The median sales tax in Windsor for 2020 was $5,636. In 2019, the median sales tax was $5,473. This marks an increase of 3%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.7%.
