October 2020: Home prices in Cambridge increased

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2020 in Cambridge rose by $182,700 while total sales decreased by 80%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2020, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $357,700 - a 104.4% increase over the $175,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Cambridge in October 2019.

The median sales tax in Cambridge for 2020 was $3,486. In 2019, the median sales tax was $3,445. This marks an increase of 1.2%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1%.
