Deerfield median home prices fell by 16.3% in September 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2020 in Deerfield fell by $38,300 while total sales increased by 55.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2020, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $196,700 - a 16.3% decrease over the $235,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Deerfield in September 2019.
