September 2020: Verona experienced a 6.1% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2020 in Verona fell by $17,350 while total sales increased by 25.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2020, there were 34 homes sold, with a median sale price of $265,450 - a 6.1% decrease over the $282,800 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 27 homes sold in Verona in September 2019.

The median sales tax in Verona for 2020 was $6,219. In 2019, the median sales tax was $5,719. This marks an increase of 8.7%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 2.3%.
