Cross Plains median home prices fell by 8.9% in September 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2020 in Cross Plains fell by $27,236 while total sales increased by 83.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2020, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $280,000 - a 8.9% decrease over the $307,236 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Cross Plains in September 2019.
