Madison home prices rose in September 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2020 in Madison rose by $33,950 while total sales increased by 18.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2020, there were 528 homes sold, with a median sale price of $287,950 - a 13.4% increase over the $254,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 447 homes sold in Madison in September 2019.
