September 2020: Waunakee experienced a 2.8% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2020 in Waunakee rose by $9,950 while total sales decreased by 9.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2020, there were 28 homes sold, with a median sale price of $369,950 - a 2.8% increase over the $360,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 31 homes sold in Waunakee in September 2019.
