Home prices increased in Stoughton during August 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2020 in Stoughton rose by $58,200 while total sales remained unchanged with 39 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2020, there were 39 homes sold, with a median sale price of $275,000 - a 26.8% increase over the $216,800 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 39 homes sold in Stoughton in August 2019, as well.
