Home prices decreased in Black Earth during July 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2020 in Black Earth fell by $40,000 while total sales remained unchanged with seven homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2020, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $190,000 - a 17.4% decrease over the $230,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Black Earth in July 2019, as well.

The median sales tax in Black Earth for 2020 was $3,835. In 2019, the median sales tax was $3,527. This marks an increase of 8.7%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 2%.
