Deerfield home prices rose in July 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2020 in Deerfield rose by $49,450 while total sales decreased by 71.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2020, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $263,700 - a 23.1% increase over the $214,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Deerfield in July 2019.

The median sales tax in Deerfield for 2020 was $3,884. In 2019, the median sales tax was $3,908. This marks an decrease of 0.6%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.5%.
