Rising home prices in Oregon in July 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2020 in Oregon rose by $17,800 while total sales decreased by 26.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2020, there were 28 homes sold, with a median sale price of $312,750 - a 6% increase over the $294,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 38 homes sold in Oregon in July 2019.

The median sales tax in Oregon for 2020 was $5,207. In 2019, the median sales tax was $4,951. This marks an increase of 5.2%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.7%.
