The median sale price of a home sold in July 2020 in Windsor rose by $62,783 while total sales decreased by 30.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2020, there were 30 homes sold, with a median sale price of $337,783 - a 22.8% increase over the $275,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 43 homes sold in Windsor in July 2019.
