July 2020: Home prices in Maple Bluff fell

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2020 in Maple Bluff fell by $173,750 while total sales decreased by 62.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2020, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $385,000 - a 31.1% decrease over the $558,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Maple Bluff in July 2019.
