Median home prices in Cambridge rose to $199,750 in June 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2020 in Cambridge rose by $122,751 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2020, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $199,750 - a 159.4% increase over the $76,999 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Cambridge in June 2019.

The median sales tax in Cambridge for 2020 was $3,486. In 2019, the median sales tax was $3,445. This marks an increase of 1.2%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.7%.
