Shorewood Hills home prices rose in May 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2020 in Shorewood Hills rose by $275,000 while total sales decreased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2020, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $800,000 - a 52.4% increase over the $525,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Shorewood Hills in May 2019.
