Rising home prices in Marshall in April 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2020 in Marshall rose by $75,050 while total sales decreased by 55.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2020, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $254,950 - a 41.7% increase over the $179,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Marshall in April 2019.
