Median home prices in Oregon rose to $240,250 in March 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2020 in Oregon rose by $20,450 while total sales increased by 62.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2020, there were 26 homes sold, with a median sale price of $240,250 - a 9.3% increase over the $219,800 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Oregon in March 2019.

The median sales tax in Oregon for 2020 was $5,207. In 2019, the median sales tax was $4,951. This marks an increase of 5.2%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 2.2%.
