Median home prices in Cross Plains rose to $292,500 in March 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2020 in Cross Plains rose by $62,500 while total sales increased by 166.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2020, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $292,500 - a 27.2% increase over the $230,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Cross Plains in March 2019.

The median sales tax in Cross Plains for 2020 was $5,301. In 2019, the median sales tax was $5,185. This marks an increase of 2.2%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.8%.
