March 2020: Home prices in Windsor increased

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2020 in Windsor rose by $83,550 while total sales remained unchanged with 22 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2020, there were 22 homes sold, with a median sale price of $353,500 - a 31% increase over the $269,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Windsor in March 2019, as well.

The median sales tax in Windsor for 2020 was $5,636. In 2019, the median sales tax was $5,473. This marks an increase of 3%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.6%.
