Pricing for the median home in Maple Bluff decreased during March 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2020 in Maple Bluff fell by $280,250 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2020, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $421,000 - a 40% decrease over the $701,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Maple Bluff in March 2019.
