Home prices decreased in Dane during February 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2020 in Dane fell by $91,250 while total sales remained unchanged with four homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2020, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $113,700 - a 44.5% decrease over the $204,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Dane in February 2019, as well.

The median sales tax in Dane for 2020 was $4,705. In 2019, the median sales tax was $4,835. This marks an decrease of 2.7%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 4.1%.
